A Level results day can be a stressful experience, not achieving the grades you were hoping for can significantly affect your plans for the future. Don’t worry! Even though your results may be disappointing there are still a huge number of options open to you.

One of those many options is an Apprenticeship, and it just so happens that we have a range of construction Apprenticeships including Bricklaying, Multi-Trade, Groundworks and many more.

Come and join the TRN Train team at our open day on Friday 16th August 2019 between 10.00am and 3.00pm at our TRN Train Construction Academy. Our team will be there to help and advise on the steps you can take into employment within the Construction Industry.

Even if you have never considered a career in construction, come along, you’ll be pleasantly surprised on how we can help. We can provide training solutions to help pave your way to a positive future. There are many benefits to enrolling onto an Apprenticeship.

Earn and learn.
Enjoying a social life and also having enough money for your bills is important. An apprenticeship provides you with a wage, this gives you a regular income and a budget to live with.

Recognised qualifications.
Each level of our construction apprenticeships can last up to 18 months, once completed you’ll have a qualification you can showcase to future employers.

Be independent.
Working in a company will teach you to take responsibility for your actions, how to behave in a working environment and how to be independent.

Benefit from ongoing and personalised support.
When you begin your apprenticeship, you’ll be assigned an assessor/trainer who is the person responsible for setting all of your work, marking it and guiding you through your course. They are there to help and support you along the way.

Gain real work experience.
Working life is completely different to being in school, an apprenticeship is a way of easing you into a working environment whilst having support and guidance along the way. Your new colleagues will help and support you to fit into your new working life.
